4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid contact number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Q8821 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account details.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify Q8821 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Q8821 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Q8821 is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawal requests and at any other time deemed necessary for compliance purposes. The KYC process typically requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) and proof of residential address. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is successfully concluded.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit QQ8821's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Q8821 holds its primary operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling is not regulated by the Malaysian government for private operators, and that by accessing Q8821 they do so on their own accord and at their own legal risk.
